Originally from the foothills of Northern California, Ally fell in love with Salida while hiking the Continental Divide Trail and has been offering massage & bodywork here in the valley since 2023. Ally graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts up in the PNW and is a lifelong student of bodywork. She aims to create a grounded and peaceful space for the body and mind to unwind, and welcomes each session as an opportunity to create a customized therapeutic bodywork session based on the unique goals of each client.
Sessions are a blend of different modalities including relaxing Swedish, deeper Myofascial style, TuiNa, Thai massage, Abdominal, Sports massage, Trauma-informed and can range in pressure from gentle to deep, while always prioritizing slowness and space for the nervous system to settle and be relaxed. Integrative Massages are available, as well as specific Abdominal Massage and Thai Table Massage.
Ally’s other passions include long distance backpacking, practicing yin yoga, sharing the lessons of fertility and menstrual cycle awareness, gardening, creating colorful plant-based meals, and hiking to catch the alpenglow with her 14-year-old cattle dog rescue.
Sessions with Ally are offered on Sunday - Wednesday with occasional availability on Thursdays and Fridays.

- Ally will happily wear an N95 mask during a session if requested.
Day of your appointment
If it is your first appointment with Ally, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to for a health intake form as well as an intake conversation. During the intake conversation, you can expect to discuss health conditions as well as your overall goals for massage, which will help Ally plan a session that is customized to your needs.
For returning clients, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time to communicate areas of tension and/or recent health changes, as well as your goals for the day.
