What does Anupa mean?
Anupa is a Sanskrit word for ‘by the water’. I found this name fitting for our new home on Sackett Avenue in Salida, Colorado just 50 feet away from the beautiful Arkansas River.
Our intention at Anupa Wellness is to offer you compassionate care in a relaxing environment in which you look forward to spending time. The clinic is a sanctuary for showing up exactly as you are. This is a judgment-free zone and a place where you are fully accepted and loved for your deepest, most beautiful self.
At Anupa we provide Traditional Chinese Medicine including Acupuncture (Individual and Community Sessions), Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxibustion and Herbal Therapy. We also offer Floatation Therapy, Reflexology and Sound Healing and Acupuncture Events, Methylcoblamin (B12) Shots, and i.v. Hydration Therapy.
Dr. Laura also provides Pet Acupuncture, Pet Herbal Therapy and Laser Therapy. She is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in the state of Colorado. She also is TA and an Examiner for the International Veterinary Society for fellow veterinarians seeking their acupuncture certification.
We look forward to meeting you!
Inclusivity
We respect and value the diversity of our community.
We welcome people of all genders, sexes, races, colors, incomes, national origins, ages, abilities or disabilities, marital statuses, familial situations, religions, sizes and shapes, sexual orientations, and political beliefs. Your level of care will never be based on any of these factors.
